This 3,591 sq ft home features oak hardwood flooring, 8’ solid wood doors, plaster crown molding and ceiling details, open concept kitchen/family room with centre island and breakfast bar, granite countertops, soft close doors, butler’s pantry with sink and 2nd full size dishwasher, high end stainless steel appliances, large family room with oversized windows, 5.1 surround sound, natural gas fireplace with stone cast mantle. Built-in ceiling speakers throughout, generous breakfast area with walkout to covered back patio. Our Process

The Foundation
This is all about timing and attention to detail. Once we have created a safe working environment we move on to form the footings and pour the concrete.

Framing
Framing is a fairly quick process – this is when the property owner has an opportunity to really get excited!!

Mechanical
Throughout the mechanical process organization is key as we communicate and sequence with various trades. We’ll be installing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Drywall & Interior
Almost at the finishing line. Stairs, railings, drywall and insulation, millwork, baseboards, kitchen cabinets & vanities, countertops, hardwood floors and yes – the best Painter!!

Exterior Finishing
Our exterior finishing process continues along once the framing is complete. Trades overlap for optimal productivity! We wrap it all up with grading and basic landscape.
